A great trick for kids with sensitive tummies, gluten-free pancakes are made in the same way, can be cooked in the same way and taste delicious. A recipe sent to me by a friend a couple of years ago, use these measurements to make six little pancakes or four big. I’ve used both FG Roberts and White Wings gluten-free flour in the past, and both have been good:
125g of gluten-free flour
A chunk of butter (for frying)
Sprinkle with chocolate chips or blueberries for extra taste!!
